82-0 is built to respect your privacy. There are no personal accounts and no login. You play straight away.

Analytics. We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool, to understand aggregate, anonymous usage. No personal data, cross-site tracking, or fingerprinting is used, and no cookies are set for analytics.

Leaderboard.If you submit a daily score, the username you type and your projected record are stored to display the leaderboard. Pick any handle you like — it doesn't need to identify you. Your username is saved in your browser's local storage for convenience.

Data. Player statistics shown in the game are factual, public NBA per-game season averages used for reference.

Advertising. To keep 82-0 free, we show occasional ads served by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdSense. These partners may use cookies or similar technologies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and may collect data as described in their own privacy policies. You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google in Google Ads Settings, and learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Where required by law, ads are only personalized with your consent.
